A lifelong resident of Clinton County, Bill began his radio career in Lock Haven in 1976. Since then, he has worked at a number of radio stations through- out Central PA. In August of 2001, Bill took over afternoons on 92.1 The Mountain.

His radio highlights include:  broadcasting from The White House Rose Garden during the 40th anniversary of Little League Baseball; flying with the US Army’s Golden Knights and interviewing then-Vice President Dan Quayle.

In addition to working at 92.1, Bill is the owner of the Bill Baney DJ Enterainment service, specializing in karaoke, wedding receptions and class reunions.

Bill is married with two children, and is a member of the Central Mountain football booster club and the Sons of Italy.
